Data Deletion

You can have your data removed from OneExport at any time. Here is exactly how deletion works.

When you uninstall

Uninstalling OneExport from your Shopify admin triggers a full purge of your stored data through our deletion process. No action beyond uninstalling is required.

Shop redaction

When Shopify sends a shop-redaction request after an uninstall, we purge all data associated with your store. This is part of Shopify's mandatory data lifecycle, and we honor it.

Customer redaction

When Shopify sends a customer-redaction request, we remove the link to that customer in any stored records.

Requesting deletion directly

You can ask us to delete your data at any time, without uninstalling, by emailing privacy@oneexport.app from the address associated with your store. We complete deletion within 30 days and confirm when it is done.

What remains

After deletion we keep only a minimal record that the deletion occurred, which we use to demonstrate compliance. It contains no customer personal data.
