Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of OneExport. By installing or using the app, you agree to them.

The service

OneExport is a reporting and export tool for Shopify, operated by G2 Labs, a brand of G2 Holdings LLC. It reads your store data through Shopify's official API to produce reports and exports you request.

Your account and your data

You are responsible for the Shopify store you connect and for how you use the exports you generate. Your store data remains yours. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Subscription and billing

OneExport is offered on a monthly subscription billed through Shopify. A 14-day free trial applies to new installs. The founding rate is $9 per month for the first 1,000 stores, after which the standard rate of $14 per month applies. You can cancel at any time from your Shopify admin, and access continues through the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

You agree to use OneExport only with stores you are authorized to manage, only for data you are entitled to access, and in compliance with applicable law and Shopify's terms. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other merchants' data, or interfere with its operation.

Intellectual property

OneExport, including its software, report catalog, and design, is owned by G2 Holdings LLC. These terms grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use the service while your subscription is active.

Disclaimers

OneExport reports are generated from your store data and are provided for your operational use. We work to keep them accurate, but the service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for verifying figures before relying on them for financial, tax, or legal purposes.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, G2 Holdings LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using OneExport and uninstall at any time. We may suspend or end access for violation of these terms. On termination, your stored data is purged as described in Data deletion.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which G2 Holdings LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
